Know what is inside before you watch

Each card describes what is actually shown or explained in that recording. Select Details to read the fuller overview and browse its chapters before playback. Choose Watch video to start at the beginning, or select a chapter to start there.

Descriptions, transcripts, and scene notes are generated from the recording. Wording and timings may be approximate; use the original video to confirm a detail.

Find a moment without remembering the title

Use the search field at the top. Describe what you need, such as connect the support schedule to my Outlook calendar, approve a suggested concert booking, or check in and get game ready. Press Enter, select Search, or pause after typing.

Search matches what is said and shown inside the recordings, alongside their descriptions and titles. A result can include a timed excerpt. Select that excerpt to start at the matching moment, or select the poster to watch normally. When there is no strong match, the library labels the closest available videos.

Use the length filter or change the sort order to narrow the results. All videos shows the complete catalog, and the category links in the left sidebar let you browse one kind of video at a time. On a phone, open the menu to find the same navigation.

Read the transcript and explore scenes

Below the player, Inside this video contains the chapters, Transcript, and Scenes. Enter a word in Find in this video to filter the selected view. Select a line or chapter to seek and play from that timestamp.

Videos with speech also offer captions in the player and Download captions below the transcript. For music-only or silent films, use Scenes to read what is visible; there is no invented spoken transcript.

Watch and return to your place

Select a video to open the player. Use the standard controls to play, pause, seek, adjust volume, or go full screen. The controls below the screen let you change playback speed, expand into theater mode, or use picture in picture when your browser supports it.

The running order beside the player shows what comes next. Turn Autoplay off if you want playback to stop after the current video. Continue watching returns you to videos you have started.

Keep a shortlist or create a playlist

Use a video’s bookmark button to add it to Saved videos. Select it again to remove the bookmark.

To collect several videos, use the three-dot button on a video card or Playlist below the player. Choose an existing playlist, or enter a name and select Create playlist. Open My playlists to play, rename, reorder, or remove your selections.

Your saved videos, playlists, queue, and playback position stay with this browser. They do not follow you to a different browser or device, and clearing this site’s cookies starts a new personal library.

Set a running order

Collections provides curated viewing paths, including The ANC story, Run the venue, and Pitch & present. Open a collection and select Play collection to start it, or Queue all to add it to your running order.

Use the + button on an individual video card, or Queue below the player, to add one video. Open the queue button at the top right to move videos earlier or later, remove a selection, or play the queue.

Share the exact moment

Select Share below the player. Keep Start at checked to send the current playback position, or uncheck it to start from the beginning. Choose Copy link and send that link to your colleague.

Shared links include viewing attribution. Viewing analytics at the bottom of the sidebar opens the reporting area for viewers with analytics access. Download saves the video file itself.

Make the library yours

• Read a video description and open Details before watching.
• Search for a spoken or visible detail and play its matching moment.
• Filter a transcript or scene list and jump to a line.
• Save one useful video and find it under Saved videos.
• Create a playlist and add a second video.
• Queue a collection and change the running order.
• Copy a share link that starts at a specific moment.
