What's different from Salesforce

  • One CRM, not two apps. Jireh's dashboard and Natalia's reports live in the same workspace.
  • Account-centric. Every ticket, opportunity, person, venue, estimate, and design request surfaces on the Company detail page.
  • AI built-in. Boyka (our custom agent) can answer "what's the margin on the Knicks deals this year" in the sidebar without SQL.
  • No per-seat add-on cost. Customization doesn't go through Salesforce professional services — it ships from our side.
