Everything Lands in the CRM Automatically

How every proposal, SOW, and Excel file ends up on the right deal in the CRM — without anyone uploading anything.

Everything Lands in the CRM Automatically

Whatever you generate in the Proposal Engine — a proposal PDF, a SOW, an Excel cost sheet, a one-pager — appears on the matching deal in the CRM by itself. Sales never has to "remember to upload it to the CRM" again.

What you'll see in the CRM after each action

You do this in the Proposal EngineThe CRM shows
Save a new proposalA new Company (if needed) and a new deal under it, ready to use
Generate a proposal PDFThe PDF attached to the deal, plus a timeline note. The deal's bid status moves to "Bid Submitted."
Generate a Premium SOW or Installation SOWThe Word file attached to the deal, plus a timeline note
Export an Excel cost sheetThe Excel attached to the deal, plus a timeline note
Generate a one-pager (Mirror Mode)The deal automatically shows "Pricing Complete" with today's date
Generate an RFP scoping workbookThe workbook attached, with the RFP analysis cross-linked

Each of these shows up within a few seconds.

What the timeline note looks like

Every artifact leaves a clear record on the deal — "Natalia generated Installation SOW on April 28 — [open the file]." The team can scroll the deal's timeline and see exactly what was sent and when, without leaving the CRM.

Why this matters

Before this, attaching artifacts to the CRM was a manual two-step: generate the file in the Proposal Engine, then upload it in the CRM. About 4 in 10 times, the second step never happened. Proposals went out without ever landing on the right Account.

With automatic landing, every artifact ends up in the right place. Leadership opens the Company, sees everything sent to that client, with dates.

What if the CRM is briefly down?

The Proposal Engine never blocks. Your proposal still saves locally. The artifact lands in the CRM as soon as the CRM is reachable again. Nothing is lost.

Bonus: the product catalog stays in sync

The LED product catalog in the Proposal Engine is the source of truth. Every product spec, price, and cabinet dimension you maintain there shows up in the CRM's product list automatically. The CRM's AI helper, Scout, uses this list when an operator asks for a quick product spec — so what you maintain in one place is what everyone sees everywhere.

The other direction: Quick estimates from the CRM

Scout (the CRM's AI helper) has a quick estimate skill. When sales asks Scout for a back-of-napkin price — "give me a price for a 100-foot ribbon at 6mm" — Scout builds the estimate inside the CRM and asks the Proposal Engine to render the cost sheet. The result lands in chat.

This gives sales a 30-second ballpark path that doesn't require opening the full Estimator. The detailed proposal still goes through the Proposal Engine when ready.
