- Client and venue details.
- Screens and product selections.
- Pricing or workbook data.
- Proposal status.
- Activity and generated artifacts.
- Links back to estimating, SOW, or RFP analysis where available.
Typical workflow
- Open the proposal from Projects, Pipeline, or a direct link.
- Review client, venue, screen, pricing, and document mode.
- Make final edits in the right source workspace.
- Generate or download the needed artifact.
- Confirm the proposal is reflected on the related CRM opportunity.
Review checklist
- Client and venue names are correct.
- Screen names and counts match the client request.
- Pricing source is clear.
- Exported PDF or Excel opens correctly.
- Any SOW, RFP analysis, or scoping workbook is attached or linked.
