Proposals

Proposal records are the working documents that connect scope, pricing, SOWs, exports, and final client-facing files. Most users reach them from Projects, Pipeline, Estimator, or RFP Analyzer outputs.

When to use it

  • You need to review a specific proposal workspace.
  • You need to confirm what was priced, exported, or sent.
  • You need to generate or regenerate a client-facing PDF.
  • You need to see activity history around a proposal.

What a proposal workspace contains

  • Client and venue details.
  • Screens and product selections.
  • Pricing or workbook data.
  • Proposal status.
  • Activity and generated artifacts.
  • Links back to estimating, SOW, or RFP analysis where available.

Typical workflow

  1. Open the proposal from Projects, Pipeline, or a direct link.
  2. Review client, venue, screen, pricing, and document mode.
  3. Make final edits in the right source workspace.
  4. Generate or download the needed artifact.
  5. Confirm the proposal is reflected on the related CRM opportunity.

Review checklist

  • Client and venue names are correct.
  • Screen names and counts match the client request.
  • Pricing source is clear.
  • Exported PDF or Excel opens correctly.
  • Any SOW, RFP analysis, or scoping workbook is attached or linked.
