Pipeline

Pipeline connects active bids to their responsible person, proposal deadline, pricing status, and linked documents. Needs attention opens first for bid-team users; Document board keeps the stage-based view of proposal work one click away.

Open it at proposals.anc.com/pipeline.

Start with Needs attention

Use Due in 7 days to focus on approaching proposal deadlines, No owner to find responsibility gaps, or Assigned to me in the Owner filter. Search by bid, owner, or blocker, then select a row to see the recommended next action and its source.

The responsible person is the assigned estimator when available, otherwise the account owner. The view labels which assignment it is using. Dates, bid status, and pricing come from the CRM; related proposals appear only when explicitly linked to that opportunity.

Review old dates separates open, unsubmitted bids whose recorded deadline is more than 30 days past. Submitted bids are not marked overdue because their original deadline passed. Confirm the opportunity's current status before changing a date.

Use the action link to update the underlying opportunity or open its linked document, then return and select Refresh. Unconfirmed emails remain in CRM Intake for review.

Watch the Needs attention walkthrough.

Use the Document board

  • Cards for active proposal and estimate records.
  • Client, venue, city, document mode, screen count, and total value where available.
  • Stage columns based on proposal status.
  • Quick navigation into the full project or estimator workspace.

Open Document board from the shared Pipeline tabs. It starts with recently updated documents; use All history to include older records. Review document stages, search and filter the records, or switch between board and list. Open the project or estimator from the relevant document, and use its CRM link to reach the connected opportunity. Unlinked documents remain visible here even when they do not appear as a bid in Needs attention.

What to check during a review

  • Which proposals are still drafts.
  • Which records have not been updated recently.
  • Which estimates need a next action.
  • Which signed or approved items should be handed off.
