SOW Builder

SOW Builder creates Scope of Work documents for proposal and installation handoff. It can start from an existing project, a selected estimate, or uploaded source material.

When to use it

• Pricing is mostly locked and you need a client-facing scope.
• You need an Installation SOW for deployment work.
• You need a Premium SOW for a broader managed or high-touch engagement.
• You need to scan an existing SOW and summarize scope, exclusions, or acceptance criteria.

What it produces

• Installation scope language.
• Premium SOW language.
• Structured scope sections by responsibility.
• Drafts that can be reviewed, edited, exported, and saved to history.

Typical workflow

1. Open SOW Builder.
2. Choose or search for the related project.
3. Pick the SOW type.
4. Add source notes or upload supporting files if needed.
5. Generate the SOW.
6. Review and edit before sharing or attaching to the opportunity.

History

Every generated SOW is saved in SOW history. Use history when a client asks what was scoped previously or when you need to reload a draft.

Review rules

• Do not send generated language without review.
• Check exclusions and assumptions carefully.
• Confirm whether installation, electrical, structural, creative, and support responsibilities are ANC-owned or client-owned.
• Confirm dates and acceptance criteria before client delivery.
