Projects

Projects is the main operating list for Proposal Engine work. It shows proposal, mirror, intelligence, and estimate records in one searchable workspace.

Open it at proposals.anc.com/projects.

When to use it

• You need to find an existing proposal, estimate, budget, short form, or contract.
• You want to see draft, approved, and signed work in one place.
• You need to reopen a project workspace for edits, export, SOW work, or review.
• You want to clean up stale drafts or bulk-manage old records.

What you can do

• Search by client, venue, or project details.
• Filter by status: Overview, Drafts, Approved, or Signed.
• Filter by type: Budgets, Proposals, Short Forms, and Contracts.
• Open a record to continue editing, exporting, or reviewing.
• Create a new project from the page header.
• Use dashboard insights to spot stale drafts and high-value active work.

Typical workflow

1. Open Projects.
2. Search or filter to find the record.
3. Open the record.
4. Continue the next action: edit scope, export, generate a PDF, build a SOW, or review activity.
5. Archive or delete only when you are sure the draft is no longer needed.

How it connects

Projects is the workspace layer. Pipeline shows the deal movement; Estimator builds pricing; SOW Builder creates scope documents; CRM keeps the customer and opportunity record.
