Spec Sheets
Spec Sheets is the front door for product specification outputs. Use it to turn priced/spec Excel files, product data templates, or AJP bid forms into completed spec deliverables.

When to use it
- A client or consultant needs product/spec sheets.
- Natalia or Jeremy needs an AJP bid form filled from a priced/spec workbook.
- You need a product data form filled from display specs.
- You need a downloadable Excel output, not an online estimate workspace.
Modes
| Mode | Use it for |

| Spec Sheets | Generate display spec sheets from source display data. |
| Product Data Forms | Fill product data form templates and preview/edit workbook data. |
| AJP Bid Form | Upload an AJP bid form and priced/spec Excel, then download the filled bid form. |
AJP Bid Form workflow
- Open Spec Sheets.
- Choose AJP Bid Form.
- Upload the AJP bid form.
- Upload the priced/spec Excel workbook.
- Generate the filled workbook.
- Open the downloaded Excel and verify formulas, editable cells, and mapped sections.
What to verify before sending
- Every expected display block matched.
- Pixel pitch, dimensions, resolution, quantity, and viewing angles are correct.
- Formula cells remain formulas in the downloaded workbook.
- Sponsorship only appears if the uploaded template has a sponsorship section.
- Any difference between template values and priced Excel values is confirmed with the estimating team.
