Open the space
ANC Ideas lives at ideas.basheer.app. Sign in with your ANC account and you land straight on the idea board. During the review period, access is limited to the pilot group.
Share an idea your way
Select Share an idea and start wherever is comfortable:
- Write it — type the thought as it comes to you.
- Speak it — use the microphone to say it out loud.
- Show it — record your screen directly, or upload a file.
The magic wand turns any of these into a structured idea page you can edit before sharing. Tag the team it helps — Sales, Technicians, Operations, Marketing, or Development — and one idea can belong to more than one team.
Everything stays private to you until you select Share idea. Shape it first, share when it's ready.
Vote on what we build first
When a priority round is open, pick the one idea you think matters most. You can change your choice any time while voting is open, and the percentages update live as teammates weigh in. Team leads open and close rounds.
Follow the roadmap
The roadmap view shows every shared idea in one of four stages: Considering, Planned, Building, and Shipped. Team leads set the direction; everyone can follow the progress.
